We follow a No Return, No Exchange policy unless the product is defective.

• In case of a defect, please record an uncut, continuous video of the unboxing process from the moment the parcel is opened.

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Claims without proper video proof cannot be processed.
